■Objective of Obtaining Credit Ratings
Isuzu has received objective third-party assessments from credit rating agencies on our business activities and financial conditions in order to enhance management transparency and external creditworthiness, secure diverse financing sources in line with business opportunities, and improve funding stability. In recognition of these efforts, we have been assigned credit ratings of “A” by Rating and Investment Information, Inc. (R&I) and “A+” by Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd. (JCR).
Furthermore, In April 2024, Isuzu announced in its mid-term business plan “ISUZU Transformation - Growth to 2030” to become a commercial mobility solutions company who offers solutions to customers and society facing challenges through transport with “Reliability x Creativity” as its vision for 2030. We have obtained a credit rating from Moody’s, aiming to establish group management from a global perspective based on our corporate philosophy, ISUZU ID, as well as to secure our global creditworthiness and enhance our presence.
