Isuzu Motors Limited (headquartered in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan; President and COO: Shinsuke Minami; hereinafter “Isuzu”) announces the following changes in executive officers effective April 1, 2025.

To realize the corporate philosophy of “ISUZU ID” and fulfill its mid-term business plan, “ISUZU Transformation - Growth to 2030 (IX)”, the position of CHRO* shall be newly established to strengthen human resources, a crucial element of its business foundation and human capital management.
