Isuzu issues Integrated Report 2022

Isuzu Motors Limited (headquartered in Yokohama, Kanagawa; Masanori Katayama President and Representative Director; hereafter Isuzu) today issued the Isuzu Integrated Report 2022.

Isuzu began publishing Integrated Reports in fiscal year 2022 (ended March 31, 2022), with the aim of informing all of its stakeholders of the Isuzu Group's medium- to long-term business strategies, the business infrastructure that supports said strategies, and its efforts to resolve social issues through its businesses.

Focusing on Isuzu’s carbon-neutral strategy and its aim to contribute to the evolution of logistics as a commercial vehicle manufacturer—the cornerstones of innovation set forth in Medium-Term Business Plan 2024—Isuzu Integrated Report 2022 contains an updated value creation story and enhanced explanations of Isuzu’s value chains and other business activities, in order to promote a deeper understanding among readers of Isuzu’s initiatives as a commercial vehicle manufacturer and its medium- to long-term value creation strategy. This year’s report also features a message from Isuzu’s chief financial officer and a dialogue between two outside directors.

In addition, to provide detailed insight into its approach to sustainability, Isuzu also issued Sustainability Report 2022 today, which is available in the sustainability section of its corporate website.

Isuzu will continue to facilitate stakeholders’ understanding of its management aims and enhance the content of its disclosures so that they can be used as a tool for dialogue, thereby accelerating its evolution toward realizing management from an environmental, social, and governance perspective.
