2016 Plant Executive Cup Bowling Competitions in Isuzu Fujisawa/Tochigi Plants
(Fujisawa Area and Tochigi Area)
Fujisawa Plant (Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture) and Tochigi Plant (Tochigi City, Tochigi Prefecture) held Plant Executive Cup Bowling Competitions. Preliminary matches were held from September, with a total of 3,150 participants in the two locations testing their skills in order to reach the final competitions.
The final competitions took place on November 26 (Fujisawa) and 27 (Tochigi) and included not only teams from Isuzu but also teams from related companies and technical interns from overseas. Many colleagues and family members came to enthusiastically show their support, too.
"2016 Isuzu Sports and Recreation in Omori" (Headquarters)
On October 21, we held the "2016 Isuzu Sports and Recreation in Omori" event at the Isuzu Omori Headquarters in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.
A team was selected from each floor of the headquarters building to compete against teams from other floors. The participants revealed a different side to their character than others normally get to see, making this an enjoyable event for everyone.
Family Day held for employees (Isuzu Engine Manufacturing Hokkaido Co., Ltd.)
Isuzu Engine Manufacturing Hokkaido (Tomakomai-shi, Hokkaido) invited 134 family members of its employees to a Family Day on September 24.
In the first event of its kind, employees' children were able to see the way their mothers and fathers work, thereby deepening the ties of the families in an enjoyable way.
The children also loved the varied program that included a plant tour, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a family lunch party.
The event was completed successfully.
Plant tours for employees' family members
At Isuzu's Fujisawa Plant and Tochigi Plant respectively plant tours were offered to employees' family members alongside the 2016 Isuzu Summer Festivals.
At Fujisawa 409 family members in 139 groups enjoyed a tour, while at Tochigi 60 family members took a tour in 21 groups. This gave children the rare opportunity to see their father or mother's workplace.

Fujisawa Plant (Fujisawa city, Kanagawa Prefecture) and Tochigi Plant (Tochigi city, Tochigi Prefecture) held Plant Executive Cup Bowling Competitions. Preliminary matches prior to the competitions were held from August 2015, with 2,700 total participants in Fujisawa and Tochigi testing their skills in order to reach the matches.
The final matches took place on November 21 st (Fujisawa) and 22 nd (Tochigi), including teams sent not only from Isuzu internal, but also from related companies. Many colleagues and family members came to enthusiastically show their support, too.
"2015 Isuzu Sports and Recreation in Omori" (Headquarters)
On October 23rd, we Isuzu held the "2015 Isuzu Sports and Recreation in Omori" event at the Isuzu Headquarters (Tokyo, Shinagawa-ku).
Members were selected from each floor of the headquarters building to compete against teams from other floors, enabling them to see a different side to their character than they normally get to see. Many employees had a fun time.
Members' elaborate costumes were also judged.
A competitive game to find people in the area according to a theme.
Plant tour (For family members)
Each Isuzu Fujisawa Plant and Tochigi Plant offered plant tours for family members along with the Isuzu Summer Festival.
Fujisawa Plant welcomed 280 family members and Tochigi Plant 90 family members. The tours provided a rare opportunity for children to see where their mothers and fathers work.
The 2014 ISUZU Spo-Rec (Sports and Recreation) in Omori Headquarters
Selected members from each floor of the headquarters building created a heated competition for various games in front of an audience of 450 people from both the headquarters and related companies.
They competed for total punch count. They punched away their daily stress.
They competied for total count of steps on a pedometer while dancing.Is this the best move you could manage?
The 2014 Plant Executive Cup Bowling Competitions in Fujisawa / Tochigi Plant
Isuzu Fujisawa Plant and Tochigi Plant held The 2014 Plant Executive Cup Bowling Competitions respectively.
There were preliminary matches prior to the competition, qualifying 1,600 people from Fujisawa Plant and 500 from Tochigi Plant. The qualifying teams attended the final matches in November.
Participants in the final matches included teams sent not only from Isuzu internal, but also from related companies and overseas engineer trainees. The excitement of the final matches was fueled by 150 supporters, including families and colleagues.

Each Isuzu Fujisawa Plant and Tochigi Plant offered plant tours for family members along with the Isuzu Summer Festival.
Fujisawa Plant welcomed 330 family members and Tochigi Plant 80 family members. The tours provided a rare opportunity for children to see where their mothers and fathers work.
Employee Day Event
(P.T. Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia: Indonesia)
On December 6, 2014, P.T. Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (here after "IAMI") held an Employee Day event. At IAMI, Family Day and Employee Day are held alternately every other year. This year about 1,100 employees attended. Participants took 24 buses to Bandung, which is about 200 kilometers from Jakarta, to attend &Trans Studio Bandung," the largest indoor theme park in Asia. Many employees went onstage and danced at the lottery. It was a very fun event.
