Japan’s first Gran Turismo BELLETT 1600GT was an authentic GT car incorporating racing technologies and was a pioneer in the genre of the high-speed, long drive GT.
The high-powered engine equipped with SU twin carburetor excelled in accelerating performance. Four-wheel independent suspensions and front disc brakes assured stability in high speed braking.
Variants were added such as a fast back and GTR, and the sporty driving feel and unprecedented styling gave the long-selling car the nickname “BELLE G.”
