Isuzu Motors Limited (headquartered in Shinagawa, Tokyo; Masanori Katayama, President and Representative Director; hereinafter Isuzu) today issued the Integrated Report 2021 and Sustainability Report 2021.

From this year, Isuzu has decided to issue the Integrated Report in place of the Annual Report issued in the past with a purpose to communicate a complete picture of the Isuzu Group’s business. The Integrated Report provides both financial and non-financial information that illustrates the Group’s mid- to long-term management strategies and concerted effort to solve social issues through its business operations.

The CSR Report has also been renamed to the Sustainability Report which comprehensively outlines the Isuzu Group’s initiatives to address issues surrounding the environment, society and governance.

Isuzu continues to further improve its disclosure of information for all stakeholders to further better understand Isuzu’s management targets as well as to be used in dialogues with Isuzu as a communication tool. By improving transparency, Isuzu accelerates to evolve its management from ESG perspectives.
