When was Isuzu established?

A

Tokyo Ishikawajima Shipbuilding and Engineering Co., Ltd. and Tokyo Gas and Electric Industrial Co. initiated plans to build automobiles in 1916. Tokyo Automobile Industries Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Isuzu Motors Limited, was established in 1937 with capital of one million yen.

When did you alter the company name to Isuzu?

When did Isuzu sign a capital agreement with GM?

We suspended passenger car R&D in 1992 and ended sales in 2002.
