As an assistant office manager at Isuzu Hospital, I support a wide range of operations involved in its administration, such as staff recruitment, income and expenditure management, and capital investment.

What do you like about Isuzu?

I believe what makes Isuzu attractive is its corporate culture which allows you to take on various challenges.
As long as you have the will to challenge yourself, there are many opportunities for you to learn and grow.

When do you feel a sense of job satisfaction? What do you find interesting about your job?

I feel a sense of accomplishment when the plans I develop take shape as a new system or initiative. As one example, we are going to modify the working days at Isuzu Hospital to enhance convenience for our patients and also to improve the flexibility for the hospital staff.
Since it's a big reform within the company, there were many things that needed to be resolved. However, with help of people from related departments, we tackled each issue one at a time and managed to bring the project to fruition.
I hope to continue improving the hospital's administration going forward.

What do you think about the working environment and work-life balance at Isuzu?

Isuzu has a corporate culture that supports your ambitions. This makes it easier to work and actively participate in events at my child's kindergarten, for example. I think the work-life balance is good.

How has Isuzu changed and how are you trying to change?

Through the implementation of departmental town hall meetings and various initiatives that encourage open expression in and outside the company, I feel a strong will to change into a new Isuzu, and I want to work in a way that is true to our core values.

Please tell us about your "I Do Declaration."

Each and every employee is working to fulfill the ideals of ISUZU ID and change behavior as part of their own "I Do Declaration."

My I Do Declaration is "meticulously carry out each and every task."
This is rooted in my belief that every aspect of our job has a role to play in society.

What actions will you take to be No.1 in one of the four areas outlined in ISUZU ID?

In order to be No.1 in Social Impact, I will work to improve hospital operations to enable its long-term success by making it a hospital that is appreciated by employees and local communities alike.
