R.K. HR CoE / Administration Division
As a member of the HR Center of Excellence, I work on talent management to develop initiatives that enable each employee to grow and maximize their potential so that we can enhance competitiveness across the entire Isuzu Group.
Specifically, I'm in charge of building the personnel development structure and introducing an evaluation system.
In a word, Isuzu's appeal is its people. This has remained unchanged since I first interviewed with Isuzu before I joined the company.
There's a strong team spirit, with colleagues always looking out for each other. I have been supported by the people around me in the face of challenges on the job. I sometimes receive constructive criticism, but I think that is natural as a working professional. I've personally had many opportunities to collaborate with peers and experts, benefiting from their invaluable advice.

I'm involved in driving HR structural reform to achieve No.1 in Engagement, which is part of the mission laid out in ISUZU ID. Being able to directly contribute to one of the projects that will greatly transform Isuzu makes the work very rewarding.
Ten years ago, I was stationed in Indonesia for around four years in bringing a new plant online. Without a predecessor or even a direct supervisor from HR, I was placed in charge of the HR team. When the plant began operations, I was deeply moved. I also saw more Isuzu trucks in Indonesia's cities, which gave me a great sense of accomplishment.

Since I had few opportunities to experience the world outside the company until now, I decided to go to graduate school. I am doing this while working, so it is often very tough, and I'm very grateful for everyone's support and understanding at the company. Once I graduate, I hope to convert the time I spend on my studies to time with family and taking on new challenges.
Each and every employee is working to fulfill the ideals of ISUZU ID and change their behavior as part of their own "I Do Declaration."
My I Do Declaration is to "study during the time my child studies at home."
I want to keep learning as much as possible to keep up with the changes in the world, but I tend to neglect setting aside time to study. Therefore, I set up this goal to intentionally secure time. I also want my child to realize the enjoyment and value of continuing to accumulate knowledge, regardless of the subject.

On behalf of human resources, I will promote initiatives around talent management to be No.1 in Engagement.
I believe it's important to offer experiences that allow each employee to grow and have a deep sense of job satisfaction. To this end, as someone in charge of talent management planning, I will promote initiatives that enable all employees to grow and demonstrate their skills and expertise in the company.
I believe such efforts will ultimately make Isuzu a company that our customers will want to work with and that students and employees from outside Isuzu will want to work for.
I share my experiences with the team.
I bring my learnings from outside the company and the human network created through those experiences into the company and tie them to the growth of the team. I have shared what I learned outside the company with the team, encouraged others to think about their careers based on my experiences, and organized study workshops with people outside the company. These may be small initiatives, but I will continue them going forward and also hope to achieve personal growth from these actions.

I believe there are opportunities here for people who wish to continue challenging themselves in line with Isuzu's Purpose, "Moving the World - for You."
