Blower equipped vehicles are sent out when fume or toxic gas are generated due to fire or accidents in tunnels, underground shopping zone/railway stations, or buildings. It has a large fan called "blower" and it removes the fume or the toxic gas by giving positive pressure ventilation. It is also equipped with small size portable blowers; hence it is operative under various circumstances.
