- Please be advised that the Isuzu Plaza parking lot will be permanently closed as of April 1, 2026, and will no longer be available for use (there are no plans to reopen it).
- When visiting the Plaza, we kindly ask that you use the shuttle bus service between Shonandai Station and Isuzu Plaza.
- We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. (February 3, 2026)

- Due to the approaching typhoon, the opening hours of ISUZU PLAZA on Monday, September 21 may be subject to change depending on weather and transportation conditions.
- If there is any change to the opening time, an announcement will be posted on this website by 8:00 a.m. on September 21. Please be sure to check the latest information before your visit. If there is any change to the closing time, an announcement will be posted on this website as soon as a decision is made.
- You can cancel or reschedule your reservation using the URL provided at the bottom of your confirmation email.
