information

Visitors to the museum on 12/17 (Sat.) will receive a wonderful item in a drawing!

December 19th is the day when Japanese people first reached the South Pole (1968, Showa 43). In connection with that, visitors to the museum on 12/17 (Sat.) will be given the "Antarctic Calendar 2023" in a drawing.
An exhibition titled "Isuzu supporting the transportation needs of Antarctica" is being held in the special exhibition area of Isuzu Plaza.
In addition to exhibiting the SM40S-12 snowmobile that was active in Antarctica until 2019 and the engine for generators, you can also see exhibits and videos of Antarctic ice and valuable materials.
We hope that you will be interested in Antarctica and Isuzu, which supports the observation activities.
