Request for your cooperation
To prevent infection such as COVID-19 disease, we will change the admission procedure and a use on some exhibits and facilities as follows.
◆Admission is by reservation only (includes Saturdays and public holidays).
◆Admission is limited to groups of 15 persons or less.
◆Approximately 2 hours are allowed for the visit.
◆Visitors whose body temperature is over 99.5℉ will not be allowed to enter.
◆Please be considerate of others, such as conversations in the building and "cough manners".
◆Please refrain from eating inside the museum.

About touring the exhibits in general

What can I see at Isuzu Plaza?
You can see the mechanisms and processes in which trucks and engines are made. You can also see and touch the latest trucks and buses. There is also an exhibit of the history of Isuzu Motors' vehicle manufacturing over the years, with some of Isuzu's historical vehicles on display. Check the pages below for details.

Can I visit on Sundays?
The Plaza is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and during Golden Week (late April-early May), the summer holiday period, and the year-end/New Year holiday period. The Plaza is open from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm (last entry at 3:30 pm).

Is it okay to take photographs?
Yes. You are free to take photographs anywhere in the Plaza facilities, but please be careful not to inconvenience other visitors. However, if you wish to take photographs for reporting purposes, you are asked to make a formal request in advance. Please inquire by telephone.

Is there somewhere I can have a meal?
You can eat at SAKURA Café in the PLAZA annex next door. There is no food available inside Isuzu Plaza.
Do you have a parking lot?
There are parking spaces for 100 cars, including extra, temporary parking. From Tuesday to Friday (excluding Saturdays and public holidays), there is parking space available for five buses. (Please call ahead to inquire.)

About making a booking

Do I need to book in advance?
From Tuesday to Friday, admission is by booking only. No bookings are needed on Saturdays and public holidays. However, please note that last entry to the Plaza is at 3:30 pm on all days.
*Advance reservation required in order to prevent infection of COVID-19 for the time being.
Can I make a booking by telephone?
Please make your booking online two days prior (excluding public holidays and days the Plaza is closed) to the day you wish to visit.

Is it okay to visit with babies and small children?
You may bring babies and small children, but for safety reasons, we ask you not to bring strollers into the exhibition areas. There is a space to park your stroller at the entrance. There are nursing rooms and a change table inside the Plaza.

Do you have lockers?
Yes. Lockers that can be secured a PIN number are located near the elevator lobby on the 1st floor.
Do you sell commemorative items or original merchandise?
We sell Isuzu merchandise that is available exclusively at the Plaza Shop.
Can I visit with my pet?
We regret that visiting the Plaza with pets is not allowed, with the exception of service dogs.
