Isuzu Announces
Changes of Representative Directors and Executive Duties
The Extraordinary Board of Directors Meeting of Isuzu Motors Ltd. today passed a resolution on the change of board members. Effective as of the date of Annual Shareholders' Meeting in late June, pending the resolution and approval of an Extraordinary Board of Directors Meeting, following changes shall be made :
